I know some days you just can’t but that’s when the 80/20 rule works□ I like consistency I mean it’s one of my favourites be it with fitness or food habits or work or scheduling or any relationship. If you struggle to set boundaries for yourself, let someone know so they can keep you accountable. Create a consistent schedule for yourself! Set boundaries as well□ I always made it a point to take out time for the things I loved❤️ I have always tried to maintain a balance between my fitness and social life. Weekends used to be busier due to meal prep like cutting vegetables, fruits, baking protein brownies, making hummus or other kind of homemade dressing for salads.Īnd then meeting or going out with friends, learning dance. Then studying for an hour or two, later evening walks. Work, meetings and presentations took almost 8-9 hours. When I started it was lockdown so majority of my workouts were home workouts, when the lockdown opened I joined the gym. I didn’t want to give up on myself or my goals.īut a lot of people have asked this many times how do I put in the work? Getting to the place that I am at today took hard work, blood, sweat and tears □ How do I do it? What is it….motivation? Consistency? Discipline?
